“You know I don’t live at the beach?”
He graciously whispered...
I finished work early and couldn’t bring myself to leave Tauranga. So I drove to the Mount for some time with God, I knew he had something to say to me. I felt restless and I knew I couldn’t leave until he’d said it.
“You know I don’t live at the beach?”
I chuckled; there it was.
He knew I’d been forgetting.
I have spent too much of my time chasing mountains and waves as if God lives there. But He never lived there. I mean, He is at the beach, He will be as long as we are, but He’s also in the car and at the supermarket and in the bathroom at work and wherever our lives lead us.
As long as we seek him wholeheartedly we will find him, he promises that.
